Richard Goore

Richard has always been committed to getting his clients results. Keeping the customer well informed and at the center of the decision making process is his guiding principle. Born and raised in Sacramento along with deep ties throughout the greater Sacramento community, Richard is intimately familiar with the many neighborhoods and their unique personalities.

Richard brings this guiding principle to real estate from his work as a co-owner of the well known and highly regarded, local retail business, Goore’s for Babies to Teens. There they prided their work on honesty, integrity and an informed decision process. These principles led to great success and the highest compliment: customer-to-customer referrals.

In his spare time, Richard enjoys spending time with his wife and kids/young adults, typically involving in one of many outdoor activities – skiing, biking, hiking, or running. Giving back to the community is a key family value. The family project, The Sacramento Reverse Food Truck, is a non-profit devoted to the collection of fresh food for those less fortunate throughout the greater Sacramento area. Proud member of the Arden/Arcade Rotary Club.
